This pack contains 2 x bottles of the 2017 Ghost-Nat Sparkling and 1 x bottle of the 2019 Give up The Ghost

This wine was in fact one of those happy accidents. Whilst trying to make a method-ancestral sparkling wine the ferment actually stalled when we put the wine to bottle resulting in a lower alcohol, lightly sparkling version of ‘Give up the Ghost’. I cracked one of these open when I found it and let me say.. It is absolutely singing now after 7 years in bottle !! It is very impressive and makes me wish I kept more things in bottle this long.

It’s lightly sparkling, fresh, uber-complex and has incredible structure and acidity thanks to Greco’s super high natural acidity. This really is a beautiful wine… and so together now after 7 years in bottle.

The perfect antidote to over-oaked, under personality, sparklings or champagnes this time of year.
